Oronde Camara
I attended the University of Waterloo and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in Architecture however, my interest in fitness started as a young child playing soccer at the early age of six.

My attention to strength training began when I tore my ACL and suffered cartilage damage in my knee while playing soccer. After I completely rehabilitated myself from this injury my interest in building my body back strong and healthy started. This experience coupled with my involvement in sports lead me to the decision to take my passion for fitness and health further. In 2004 I obtained my certification  in personal training. A few years later I completed advanced courses in corrective health techniques and special populations. To this day, I enjoy helping others to attain their optimum wellness and achieve their health and fitness goals. I have a strong passion and dedication to those with serious needs such as obesity, fibromyalgia, lupus, multiple sclerosis, the elderly populations and those requiring rehabilitation due to motor vehicle accidents, accidents on the job or any other needs requiring rehab training.
